New Production & Fulfillment Center

Since inception in the fall of 2021, with the help of our valued retail and distribution partners, Flawn Seed Kits has grown very quickly from a small 16x20 ft office, to a 1,250 sqft bay, to now finally a place we can call our own and grow into at almost 9,000 sqft! The new facility is located at 917 Harris St. in Eau Claire, WI 54703 and will serve as our production and fulfillment center as well as our company headquarters.

Originally built in 1949 as an armory, this building has seen many years and many tenants of which some did not take care great care or upkeep. After sitting vacant for the last three years, Flowering Lawn Inc. purchased the building and moved in at the end of March 2024 with lots of work to do to bring it up to industry standards.
