Shipping policy

During normal operations (excluding weekends & holidays), orders received before 11 a.m. CT will likely ship same day and orders received after 11 a.m. CT will almost always be shipped by the next business day unless otherwise indicted on the order or the item is currently on backorder or out of stock in which case the customer will be notified of substitutions available or an estimated time that the product will be back in stock and shipped once it is in stock. Bulky items may have additional surcharge and not qualify for any free shipping promotions. Shipping estimates most likely do not include the day of shipping or weekend days. Please refer to the shipping provider you selected for your order for more details.

USPS SHIPMENTS: Due to excessive frequency of delays, misdeliveries, and lost packages, we DO NOT recommend using USPS for orders over $100. If USPS is selected, please understand that any lost or delayed shipments will be limited to the carrier’s maximum liability of $100 per package.
